米兰 (@acmilan) 在 T Mobile 实物卡激活失败 中发帖

看了本站和隔壁一些站里的佬们的指导，海淘的实体卡， 
1.X客服激活。折腾了半天，填完银行卡用的工行万事达卡。没扣款再联系客服，说是号码给错了。换了号码客服说在线没法激活让我打电话。 
2.然后再尝试用网页自助开通，到最后银行扣款后立刻撤销。提示 Customer information cannot be verified. Transaction cannot be completed, and the order has been canceled. Please visit a T-Mobile Retail store to complete your transaction.不知道是IMEI还是IP还是信用卡的问题
