我今天使用gmail账号注册了两个 claude  账号，单注册成功后都不能使用，都需要 
Replies from Claude are unavailable on your account. You can complete the verification now in the Anthropic Verification Portal. 
这个是ip问题？还是都这样了？ 这个我看论坛里面说可以使用中国护照吗？
