LuckyXing 在 cc-switch路由模式下codex频繁重试 导致rate limit exceeded 中发帖

rate limit exceeded: Your requests to gpt-6-astra for gpt-6-astra in polandcentral have exceeded token rate limit.

如图，按说失败重试是指数增加的，不应该这么频繁。而且中转站的服务正常，只是本地发了太多的请求才开始限流
