wanli (@wanli1145) 在 Azure for Students 开不了 B1s，多个区域都 NotAvailableForSubscription 中发帖

最近刚开通了 Azure for Students，学生认证已经通过，Azure Portal 里订阅也显示正常可用。 
但是现在遇到两个比较奇怪的问题： 


想开一台 Linux VPS，结果 B 系列基本都用不了。 
我试了 B1s，也看过 B2ats_v2、B2pts_v2，在多个区域都遇到类似提示： 
NotAvailableForSubscription已经试过： 

East US
East US 2
Central US
West US 2

B1s 在列表里还能看到“有资格免费试用服务”，但就是无法选择。 


我去 Azure Sponsorships 页面查看学生的 $100 credit，结果页面显示： 
This account does not have an active Sponsorship. 


但 Azure Portal 里的 Azure for ...
