Does this new limit reduction (1,500 OCPU-hours / 9,000 GB-hours) apply to PAYG accounts as well, or is it only restricted to pure Always Free (non-upgraded) accounts? 
If I continue to run a 4 OCPU / 24 GB RAM Ampere A1 instance on my PAYG account,...
