想问问各位佬在 ClaudeCode 调用最新的 Opus-4.8 ，有没有频繁遇到工具调用失败和 400 等报错。 
status_code=400, ***.***.content.26: `thinking` or `redacted_thinking` blocks in the latest assistant message cannot be modified. These blocks must remain as they were in the original response.

我的环境是： 

WSL+VS Code+ClaudeCode VS Code插件
CPA+New API+CC-Switch
