在将自己用的某些 Chrome Extensions 转换为 Safari Extension的过程中，使用 Xcode 打包时出现问题： 

Failed Registering Bundle Identifier；
No profiles for ‘com.me.Youtube-shorts-block.Extension’ were found。

我注册了 Developer 账号，但并没有加入 Apple Developer Program ，也就是说并没有买 688/年 的计划。 
 [Xcode 2026-05-04 14.00.56] 
这个应该怎么自签？不是说发布到 Appstore 才需要那个年费吗？
