在GPT协议注册的最后一步，创建账号， 

创建账号请求 
https://auth.openai.com/api/accounts/create_account 

之前用了几个月都没问题，这几天突然就这样了！注册全是失败，都是遇到这个问题 
{‘message’: ‘Sorry, we cannot create your account with the given information.’, ‘type’: ‘invalid_request_error’, ‘param’: None, ‘code’: ‘registration_disallowed’} 
有没有佬知道怎么解决！
