1、管理员打开powershell执行：Invoke-WebRequest “http://tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com/filestreamingservice/files/9b9df43f-a073-491b-bdd5-b6ead1fda278?P1=1774259018&P2=404&P3=2&P4=PO%2Bbl%2Fpm5YB2YYctfRCtU1egwLKgFg6EwEuUyQPWyaVL%2FMv%2B%2B0t9azgl2ImZCITR078vLSv3pI0J0tgGyapRsw%3D%3D” -OutFile codex.msix 
2、下载完成之后执行：Add-AppxPackage codex.msix
